Privacy Policy

Launchpane is an offline macOS utility. It does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data.

Data processed on your Mac

Launchpane reads launch-agent and launch-daemon property lists, service status, local log files, and application login-item metadata to provide its features. This information is processed locally and is not sent to Launchpane contributors or third parties.

Analytics and tracking

Launchpane contains no advertising SDK, analytics service, tracking technology, account system, or cloud backend.

Files you edit

When you create or edit a user launch agent, Launchpane writes the property list to your own ~/Library/LaunchAgents directory. You remain in control of these files and can remove them at any time.

Third parties

Launchpane does not provide data to third parties. Links to GitHub open in your browser and are governed by GitHub's privacy policy.

Changes

If Launchpane's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed version is distributed.
